A Positive Contribution

I am very honored that the Old Saybrook Republican Town Committee has selected me as a candidate for the Police Commission. I have served on this commission in the past and truly feel I can make a positive contribution to this important organization. I am grateful for the support given to me by First Selectman Carl Fortuna, Selectman Scott Giegerich, and Treasurer Bob Fish. We are all working together to run a successful campaign for those town leadership positions as well as key commissions.

Seventeen years ago, I chose Old Saybrook as the place to raise my family. I have four children and consider myself lucky that they have the chance to grow up in such a wonderful community. I believe that being part of the Police Commission is a way I can give back to the town which has done so much for my family. As a high school principal, I understand the organizational structure and budgeting procedures that must be followed by a town commission. As a father, husband, educator, and neighbor, I know it is imperative to prioritize the safety of Old Saybrook residents.

This election will be an important one for Old Saybrook. I ask that my friends and neighbors take the time to cast their vote in November. I encourage your readers to help me support a safe, responsive, and responsible community and vote for me on Nov. 5.
