Responsive to Concerns

I am James Fullmer. I moved to our town in 1997, and have been on the Killingworth Conservation Commission for several years, and currently serve. I write to you in very strong support of Cathy Iino and Lou Annino to continue their leadership as first selectman and selectman, respectively.

We have seen this leadership to be responsive to townspeople’s concerns for several years. Cathy effectively has worked to protect our town’s rural character and environment, which frequently has been a top concern for all of us. She has done this while at the same time encouraging small business, keeping taxes low relative to other rural towns, and improving infrastructure. Cathy’s manner has always been one of listening and thoughtfulness. She also has a low-key and clever sense of humor! I know this personally from discussions with her at all the Killingworth Conservation Commission meetings that she has attended, and at other times.

I have every confidence that both Cathy and Lou will continue to work very effectively for our town if we, the voters, give them this opportunity. So I encourage your readers to go out and vote for our proven leaders on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
