I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Rick Swan for the Old Saybrook Board of Finance. I first met Rick when he was playing basketball with our son Doug at the Old Saybrook Middle School. A lifelong resident of Old Saybrook, Rick has spent 37 years in public safety, police, fire and EMS, plus he has strong management experience with large corporate budgets.

From personal experience, I know that Rick has been attending the Old Saybrook Board of Finance meetings for the past year. Rick has the background, experience, and desire to serve our town. I encourage your readers to vote for Rick, Carol Rzasa, and Tom Stevenson for Board of Finance.
