Smart, Responsible, and Reliable

I am writing this letter in support of Lou Annino, Jr., for re-election to Killingworth’s Board of Selectman. As selectman for the past eight years, Lou has proven himself a leader in the development of a 10-year strategic capital plan improving our town roads, municipal facilities, and future services. Lou has worked tirelessly on the Board of Selectmen to keep our taxes as low as possible, to keep our roads safe, and to strengthen municipal services.

Lou is a registered professional engineer and is currently associate vice-president and chief facilities officer for the University of New Haven. He has over 20 years experience in facilities management, strategic planning, and change management.

I have known Lou since he was a teenager. He grew up in Killingworth and is raising his family here. He is smart, responsible, reliable, and cares deeply about Killingworth. Lou has served for 25 years on our Planning & Zoning Commission, where he worked tirelessly to promote Killingworth’s rural character in conjunction with recognizing Killingworth’s growth in planning for the future.

Lou is known for listening to our needs and concerns. His priority has always been: What can we do to make Killingworth the best place in which to live? Lou has proven this as our selectman and deserves to be re-elected.

I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Lou Annino, Jr., for selectman for the Town of Killingworth.
