Since I announced that I am running for the office of mayor of East Haven, I have made my intentions very clear. The top priorities that a Tracey Administration will focus on to move East Haven forward are: attracting more business for economic growth and development, holding the line on taxes, improving our education system, and most importantly, healing the frayed relationships between our political parties.

The mayor’s job is to look forward and recognize the potential for opportunity and positive change. These are essential qualities for East Haven’s future.

However, the other candidates running for mayor want to continue the negative political practices of the past. But I disagree.

Our town needs a leader with new ideas. As the campaign for mayor continues to unfold, I am looking forward to communicating my vision directly to the voters. Now, more than ever, our community needs a leader that will bring our town together. I have the passion and the strong work ethic to make that happen.

I encourage all the readers to join me in this effort.
