Heartwarming and Healing

It has been about two months since the death of our son Jack. We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who have supported us through these past few months. We are grateful to the Old Saybrook Public Schools, administrators, custodial staff, teachers, Old Saybrook Police Department, local restaurants, hotels, and businesses who have shown us and our extended family and friends such kindness and generosity. We have received hundreds of cards, letters, thoughtful gifts, flowers, meals, and photo albums full of happy memories of our son. It has been extremely heartwarming and healing to receive letters full of stories and memories of Jack and we are forever grateful.

We know our family has a long road ahead of us, but we cannot adequately express our deep gratitude toward everyone in our town and the surrounding communities for all the love and support. It truly does help us get up each day and move forward knowing we are not alone in this.
