A Successful Collaboration

The Clinton and Madison land trusts were proud to present the Wild & Scenic Film Festival at Andrews Memorial Town Hall on April 27. The event was a successful collaboration, featuring fantastic environmental films, delicious food and drink, and a sold-out theater. We sincerely appreciate the support of our communities.

We could not have brought this event to the shoreline without the generous support of our sponsors: Morgan Stanley, Shore Television & Appliances, Chamard Vineyards, Thimble Island Brewing Company, Essex Financial Services, Andrea Hopkins Design, South Central Regional Water Authority, Shore Publishing, Joe and Lisa MacDougald, All Habitat Services, Chips’ Pub III, Clinton Insurance Center, Connecticut Water, Denali, Guilford Savings Bank, Liberty Bank, Madison Earth Care, Maloney & Company, New England Geosystems, People’s United Bank, The Audubon Shop, Webster Bank, Willoughby’s Coffee & Tea, Keith R. Ainsworth, Esq., Jack Breen Associates, M.D. Heser Lawncare, Michael J. Houde Builder, Stevens Excavating, Susan Cayer Stout, WILD, Fromage Fine Foods & Coffees, Bishop’s Orchards, Dorie Greenspan, and Gould, Larson, Bennet, McDonnell, and Quilliam & McGlinchey.

In addition, we are grateful to our festival emcee, David Skelly, who reminded us that we can all make a difference to protect our planet.

The Clinton and Madison land trusts are non-profit, volunteer organizations dedicated to conserving our local natural resources. Festival proceeds will be used to preserve open space in both communities.
