Decent People and Services

Clinton, like the rest of the state, including our state government, is in budget season. Voting “Yes” on the town budget our volunteer boards have put together will ensure the hiring of a town manager. Bringing this professional executive into town leadership is essential for Clinton’s future.

Of course we don’t want our taxes to go up. I still want gas to be less than $2 a gallon! Clinton’s reality: We need to pay for decent people and services. I’m voting “Yes” May 8.
