Voting Against Clinton

When residents don’t vote, or vote against our town and education budgets, they are voting against Clinton. And when they vote against Clinton, they are undermining our schools, library, Department of Public Works, Volunteer Fire Department, the police, town services, and more.

When residents don’t vote, or vote “No,” they are denying themselves, their neighbors, the children, our tree-lined streets, and our shoreline community.

When they don’t vote, or vote No,” they are compromising their own property value—their own home. As they obsess over the mill rate and cut this town to the bone, our home values decrease, and then our taxes decrease, but is that really what they want? To live in a house on a street in a town of little worth? What kind of long-range plan is that?

I encourage your readers to celebrate this promising and beautiful small town by supporting our neighbors, our future, our reasons for calling this home, and our lives here.
