Lack of Ethics and Professionalism

Having attended several different meetings since the new year in my town of Deep River, I have noticed an appalling lack of ethics and professionalism. Elected, appointed, and paid representatives and board members and town employees are displaying poor behavior not in keeping with what I would consider minimum standards of their various positions. There have been, in my opinion, questionable procedures, nominations, and practices that are, sadly and apparently, common and flagrant as I’ve seen in a very short time.

I wonder, as a citizen, what recourse I have available to me? Then I realized I could expose my perspective in words in a public forum. Hopefully others will use their words as well!
