Ready to Start Working

John-Michael Parker has a voice. It has been used for singing in our band Great Caesar for more than 15 years; it has been used to make people aware of social issues such as gay rights and education reform; and it has been used to educate children in schools similar to Daniel Hand and schools that are drastically different than Hand.

John-Michael Parker has a voice and now it is time to be used for the residents of Madison and Durham.

John-Michael Parker has ears. They’ve been used to listen to friends when they needed advice; they have been used to listen and learn from individuals who have been treated differently because of where they grew up or the way they look; and in the last year they have been used to listen and learn about the issues facing Madison and Durham as he knocked door after door.

John-Michael Parker is ready to listen to the constituents, and to think critically about their issues in new ways in order to help solve the problems the current legislature has not.

John-Michael Parker has a heart. His love for Madison, the beaches, schools and people brought him back to Connecticut. His love for all people and humanity brought him into the broken system of politics, because in John-Michael’s heart, he wants to help Connecticut and all of its residents.

John-Michael has a voice and it can be ours. John-Michael has ears and they will always be open to everyone. John-Michael has a heart and it’s ready to start working.

I’m proud to endorse and encourage everyone to vote for John-Michael Parker for state representative of the 101st District on Nov. 6.
