Integrity, Energy, and Forward Thinking

We chose to move to Madison in 1982 as a recently married couple and have always believed the decision had a profoundly positive effect on our lives. Here we have raised our three children, Caitlin, John-Michael, and Luke, who have all benefited from the experience of growing up in this town.

Access to a superior public school education, the natural beauty of the shoreline, and the support of a close-knit, progressive community are just some of the many reasons Madison means so much to all of us. We were blessed with a new addition to our family when we had the opportunity to welcome an ABC scholar, Sam, only 13 years old at the time, into our family. This outstanding program is another example of what makes Madison so special.

Now, our son John-Michael is a candidate for state representative of the 101st District. We are pleased and very proud to support his decision to pursue public service in this way. We are certain that the people of Madison and Durham can count on John-Michael to bring honesty, integrity, energy, and forward thinking to this position. He will work tirelessly to understand and advance the needs and interests of all our citizens.

We encourage your readers to make their voices heard on Nov, 6, and elect John-Michael Parker as the next state representative of the 101st District.
