Important and Effective Experience

Recently a study was released by The Mercatus Center at George Mason University showing that Connecticut is ranked 49th out of our 50 states for fiscal health—no surprise since we have accelerated down to that position from once being in the top five states. I believe the last eight years have especially accelerated us into this low position. Businesses and personal wealth have been fleeing our state for years now. Our visitor centers are closed, meaning Connecticut is closed for business.

We need a drastic change in Leadership and a fiscally conservative, business-sensitive majority in our state’s congress so as to reset our state’s direction. With a fiscally conservative team including the important and effective experience of Noreen Kokoruda, we are assured of a meaningful turnaround in the terrible condition of our state. Noreen’s strength—always working in a bipartisan fashion—is critical.

She has been successful in cutting taxes, creating jobs, protecting seniors from increasing property taxes, saving funding for Medicare Savings plans, and stopping education funding reductions.

A strong rebounding economy will, as they say, lift all boats. Right now our Connecticut ship is on the rocks and we need Noreen’s experience and abilities to work successfully in a bi-partisan way to help right our Connecticut ship.
