I am writing to support Jason Adler in his run for state representative in our 35th District. There are many local, state, and national issues confronting all of us during this election. Jason has focused on our families, children, schools, healthcare, our towns and the state economy. These issues impact all of us as we live our daily lives. The discussions can be passionate, and the solutions are complex. This moment calls for a person who demonstrates an authenticity of spirit, as well as someone who can listen and genuinely hear and respect their neighbor’s perspectives. This person is Jason. He is running to make a positive difference in our lives.

On Nov. 6, we go to the polls and elect a new governor and legislators. We trust that they will understand and care about the important issues that affect us and our state. We trust that they will be able to work together and put the people’s interests first.

Jason Adler is a man who should be elected and sent to Hartford. He will honor our trust and begin the long-overdue collaborative process to turn around the economy of this state. We must maintain what we value and what is working. There is change coming to Connecticut and Jason Adler’s voice needs to be heard.

I encourage your readers to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Michael J. Sanders
