Experience, a Track Record, and Trust

I am writing to express my support for Christine Cohen for the 12th State Senate District. Christine’s experience and approach is ideal to best represent the interests of our community.

Christine’s expertise in business comes from her corporate career, as well as her success as a small business owner. She understands the importance of balancing the state budget to promote business growth, and is in a unique position to bring practical solutions to budget and economic issues.

Christine is also a strong proponent of education. She is an elected member of the Guilford Board of Education, and has three children in the Guilford Public School system. She also has held several board and volunteer positions in local non-profit and civic organizations.

Christine supports other important issues such as lowering health care costs for seniors and families, as well as defending our progress on the environment, gun safety, and protecting women’s access to healthcare.

More important than her experience and policy positions is Christine’s temperament and leadership style. She is a fair, open-minded, consensus builder, and will use a bipartisan approach to create solutions for the benefit of us all.

This is a critical election year. When it comes to selecting candidates for office, experience, a proven track record of public service, and trust make all the difference. That is why Christine will have my vote on Nov. 6.
