Stellar Constituent Service

For the past seven years, Madison has been superbly represented in the state legislature by Noreen Kokoruda. Noreen possesses all of the attributes of a model legislator. Noreen is an excellent listener who uses her listening and advocacy skills to provide stellar constituent service when her constituents require assistance in dealing with the state government bureaucracy.

My family has personally benefited from Noreen’s constituent service skills. In addition, Noreen works very hard to educate herself on a great variety of state government issues. Noreen’s colleagues in the state legislature have recognized her knowledge of the issues and leadership skills by selecting her to several leadership positions in the state legislature. Perhaps most importantly, no one else knows and cares about more about the people of Madison and how state government impacts them than State Representative Noreen Kokoruda.
