A Go-To Legislator

I was happy but not to surprised to see that State Representative Noreen Kokoruda (R-101) was put on the Connecticut Education Association Honor Roll. Only about 27 percent of legislators were given this honor by the teachers’ union.

Noreen has worked with our schools, students, teachers, and administration for her whole career. Noreen was recognized for making sure that our teachers are heard and their concerns are addressed. She has become a go-to legislator when education issues come up.

Madison has a long history of making a quality education for every child our number-one priority. Noreen understands that and supports it. Her work with special education such as dyslexia and autism is remarkable. I hope your readers will join me and vote to keep Noreen Kokoruda in Hartford.
