Leadership That’s Needed

In this contentious political environment, the ability to bring together those with different perspectives is more important than ever. I am tired of all the pontificating and finger-pointing that goes on in our legislature. That is why I am voting for Jason Adler for state representative.

Jason is an experienced and skilled at negotiator. As a school counselor, he not only knows the costs and importance of a good education, he was trained on how to be good listener and a problem solver. As the leader for his union, he is known as a fair and balanced negotiator. In fact, under his leadership, his school district has never gone to arbitration over a contract. He works with the school administration to find common ground.

With Connecticut’s severe budget issues, it is this type of leadership that is needed in Hartford. Jason makes decisions based on what makes sense, not on who is yelling the loudest.

I hope your readers will vote for Jason. Our state needs his leadership.
