Experienced, Calm, and Even-Handed

I will vote on Nov. 6 to re-elect Peter Barrett for probate judge and here’s why.

Over the past four years, Peter has shown that he possesses the temperament, knowledge, and sensitivity needed for the position. He is well respected for the quality of the day–to-day services provided by the court. The court also handles very difficult social service cases. Peter’s compassion for people under stressful situations and his knowledge of the law is appreciated by the many attorneys and individuals who have been in our probate court.

On a personal level, I have known Peter to be a family man who has contributed to the community over the years. He has served on many local municipal boards and commissions and also on the boards of non- profit organizations dedicated to charitable work and child development. Judge Barrett is an experienced, calm, and even-handed judge who cares about people and applies the law in the best manner to help people in need. He has earned our trust and I will, confidently, vote to keep him as our probate judge for a second term.
