Until the Job is Done

I look forward to Nov. 6, as that is the day that I will enthusiastically and without reservation cast my vote for Robin Comey for state representative for the 102nd Assembly District.

Simply put, Robin’s résumé is impressive. From owning a small business for the past 25 years, to leading the charge for advocating for local and statewide protections for our children, to fundraising for community partnerships and successfully running for the Representative Town Committee, Robin’s skills are vast, varied, and proven. She embodies the phrase, “Just do it.” She is a tenaciously hard worker who persists until the job is done.

When Robin has an idea to do something, there is no obstacle that she can’t navigate in order to accomplish her goal. She has a work ethic seldom seen in others. That characteristic coupled with her ability to build coalitions lends to her innate ability to find solutions for tough problems. Robin will bring that drive, determination, and collaborative nature to Hartford where she will be unafraid of rolling up her sleeves to fight for the residents of Branford and our state.

In addition, Robin Comey is a great neighbor. Her involvement in neighborhood activities greatly impresses me, from volunteering her time and skills to help organize the Short Beach Parade, to working with the local church on communication efforts, it is clear that Robin is someone who cares deeply about the welfare of her neighbors. It has been a pleasure to get to know and work alongside with Robin.

I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Robin Comey on November 6.
