Has Made a Tremendous Difference

Having had the opportunity to work with Noreen Kokoruda for the past three years in my capacity as first selectman, I can assure you that experience counts! What Connecticut has faced as a state over that time has been a challenge to be sure, and Noreen’s activity on behalf of her constituents has made a tremendous difference in how we as a town have reacted.

Advance understanding of the situation gives us the opportunity to preemptively take actions to plan for developments that we could not necessarily have anticipated on our own.

We sometimes kid her about “Noreen’s Speed Dial.” While in conference about legislation, Noreen will often call me or the superintendent of schools or the police chief to see what impact the actions of the legislature may have on our town. I don’t know of too many towns that have that type of relationship with their state rep.

Noreen works across both sides of the aisle to do what’s best for our town and for our state. We need to return her to Hartford to continue the good work.

I encourage your readers to vote for Noreen on Nov. 6.
