Get Connecticut Back on Track

Based of many years of knowing and working with her, I strongly endorse Noreen Kokoruda as our state representative. Noreen is a tireless, strong fighter for each of us and for our needs.

Several years ago as a long-time, full-time professional realtor, I saw from my own desk how the majority of sellers were moving out of Connecticut to protect their retirement funds and have a less-expensive cost of living. I immediately turned to Noreen, who has always been ready to listen and ready to take positive action on the issues confronting her fellow citizens. Noreen picked up this gauntlet immediately and has been a source of knowledge and support to fight along with the realtors to make Connecticut a better place to live and invest.

A while ago at a large meeting of realtors with about 16 other legislators, she was the only one who really understood our problem; she saw, even then, how people and companies were leaving the state, how many retirement funds from Hartford are being mailed out of state instead of being reinvested in our local economies. She’s fighting to get our Connecticut economy back on track and she understands how the housing market is the basis for our state and local economy, and how it’s dependent upon companies thriving here. Noreen has promised to work hard to give the realtors a state they can sell. The Connecticut Board of Realtors has endorsed her candidacy.

We need her untiring strength, her fair-mindedness, and her knowledge to get Connecticut back on track and to prove to people that they can thrive here and their investment in real estate is worthwhile and will grow—we need to keep Noreen working for us. No question about it: She’s the very best person for the job.
