An Energetic and Effective Representative

I would like to express my enthusiastic support for Christine Cohen as our representative to the State Senate for the 12th District.

What does “representative” really mean? I believe it’s someone who’s one of us; who can understand our problems, needs, and concerns; then turn that understanding into action. Christine is the founder of a successful business and knows the challenge of making a payroll. She is a homeowner, spouse, and the mother of three great children. As a member of the Guilford Board of Education, she is closely involved with education policy and budgets. If you need some common-sense advice from a neighbor, you go see Christine.

At many events, candidates spend more time talking than listening. Christine does just the opposite, and when she does speak, her thoughtful, no-nonsense approach shows that.

Christine Cohen is a wonderful representative of us in Madison and will be an energetic and effective representative for us in Hartford.
