Christine Cohen will make an outstanding successor to Ted Kennedy, Jr. as state senator for the 12th District. Since she declared her candidacy last spring, we have watched her grow on the campaign trail and admired her ability to connect with voters from all walks of life.

Cohen’s service to our community, both as a member of Guilford’s Board of Education and as the owner of a small retail business in Madison, has given her a wealth of practical experience in solving problems, finding common ground, and thinking creatively about the difficult issues that confront Connecticut’s legislators and citizenry. Today more than ever we need her talents in Hartford.
