Collaborative, Bipartisan Approach

As the parent of a new Kindergartener in Guilford, I am excited to support Christine Cohen as the next state senator of the 12th District. My husband and I moved to Guilford in large part because of its high-quality educational program. Christine’s service to Guilford over the last three years as an elected member of the Board of Education demonstrates that she understands the municipal budgeting process and will help to protect the educational funding that makes ours a top-tier public school system.

Christine is proud of her track record of utilizing a collaborative, bipartisan approach to the issues and challenges that come before the Board of Education. I believe her common-sense, solutions-oriented style, her experience as a small business owner, her goals of growing our economy, and her embrace of the values we hold dear here in Connecticut all give her precisely the right qualifications to be the next senator for the 12th District.
