Proven Record of Dedication

I choose Robin Comey to represent Branford as the 102nd District state representative in the Connecticut General Assembly.

Ms. Comey has shown time and again her commitment to the citizens of Branford. While her work on childhood education, support for seniors, and environmental protection is significant, her commitment to mental health and addiction services is noteworthy. She works tirelessly to raise awareness and eliminate the stigma of these pressing health issues.

In her capacity as executive director of the nonprofit Branford Early Childhood Education Collaborative, she recently held a public screening of the documentary Resilience. This powerful, award-winning movie focuses on childhood trauma and its lasting effects. Many who attended this event were deeply moved and motivated to help to reduce the stigma of mental illness for our children.

This is just one of innumerable examples of Robin’s ability to shed light on a community issue, and by so doing, inspires others to do the same. This is exactly the kind of inspiration that is needed to represent us in Hartford.

An enthusiastic, compassionate leader with a proven record of dedication to the people of Branford, as the 102nd District state representative, Ms. Comey will champion programs that focus on the health needs of our community. I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Robin Comey on Nov. 6.
