07/18/2018 07:00 AMOur country is paralyzed by partisan politics in Washington, D.C. It seems our elected officials have either forgotten how or refuse to work together to move our country forward.
They could take a lesson from our State Representative Dave Yaccarino. He has proven his willingness to reach his hand across the aisle in Hartford. Both Republicans and Democrats respect Dave and his re-election team has members from both parties who share the philosophy that it more important to support a candidate who performs than a political party. Let’s return Dave to Hartford in November and get something done!
