What Gives?

What a black eye for Madison! We haven’t been able to build a new library yet and the Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance cut the existing library budget. This is not my idea of progress.

Our neighbor, Guilford, built an up-to-date library without all the drama that clouds our efforts. What gives? Are our leaders holding us back?
