Continuing Commitment

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Valley Shore Animal Welfare League, I would like to thank the Essex Savings Bank for its annual Community Investment Program. Each year the bank donates 10 percent of its after-tax net income to local nonprofit organizations chosen through a balloting process; this year Essex Savings Bank account holders were able to choose from more than 70 nonprofit organizations. Financial awards are made based on the number of votes received, and Valley Shore Animal Welfare League was a recipient of such an award. We thank those who voted for us.

Essex Savings Bank continues to demonstrate its financial support for local communities and for the nonprofit organizations that benefit from this continuing commitment. Such generosity is greatly appreciated.
