This route is not a highway, but is a neighborhood road with hundreds of people living on it. They enter and leave their driveways slowly. They jog, ride their bikes, and receive their mail from slow-moving vehicles. Most important, citizens living on this road are concerned with their children’s school bus safety.

Those who insist on driving recklessly at 50, 60, or even 70 miles per hour to save a few seconds should know that a horrible accident will occur, a horrific price to pay for those seconds. Think about it.
