Walk that Fine Line

My name is Kim Neri Simoncini. I am on the ballot this year, running for the Board of Police Commissioners.

I have been volunteering for as long as I can remember at St. Mary’s and on various boards and commissions. I really enjoy my service and I think that I bring a lot of experience and business-sense to the Police Commission. I understand that public safety is the commission’s responsibility and I think we need to walk that fine line of balancing needs and wants for the department. I have an obligation to ensure safety, but I also have an obligation to be responsible with our tax dollars and I believe your readers will find that as a commissioner I have never let them down.

I get quite a bit of input from residents and I really encourage people to talk to me about the department or anything to do with the town. We all want what is best for Clinton and I will always do my part to work toward that goal.

I hope that your readers consider casting a vote for me in November’s election.
