Instrumental in Assisting

In 2014, the West End of Guilford was re-zoned for a 60,000-gallon bulk propane facility that ultimately was argued and defeated during a year-long legal battle with the town and members of the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Ken MacKenzie was instrumental in assisting our efforts and played a key role in insuring that the western gateway to Guilford was not scarred with development of an industrial zone in an otherwise residential area. As such, I would like to commend Mr. MacKenzie’s skills and tireless efforts in this cause, and hope that others who fought alongside myself and Ken will support his candidacy as first selectman in the upcoming November elections.
