Genuine Capacity to Care

I am writing to endorse Trevor Ladd for the Planning Commission of Old Saybrook. Our family has had the pleasure of knowing Trevor for most of his life. When I glance over these years, a constant thread comes to mind. That thread is Trevor’s genuine capacity to care for people. This character trait stands out. Trevor invests the time it takes to listen and interacts in such a way that one feels heard and validated. I feel that this trait will serve a town board or commission well.

Whereas today’s Democratic views emphasize “opportunity for every American and responsibility from every American,” a position on the Planning Commission will offer Trevor Ladd that exact opportunity. As he grew up in a household with the belief that one should be involved, putting time and energy into one’s community, this is Trevor Ladd’s time.

I encourage your readers to vote for this young man who will invest his time and talent working on the Planning Commission of Old Saybrook.
