Ability, Background, and Commitment

Every once in a while a person comes along who wants to serve our town with heart, a solid background, and drive to make Guilford the best town it can be. That person is Ken MacKenzie, now running for first selectman.

I’ve come to know Ken as a masterful visionary that can help us all keep our taxes at a reasonable level without sacrificing the things we love best about Guilford. He has an unending well of ideas to put forth that will challenge the status quo, encourage town departments to dig deeper for cost saving measures and efficiencies, and continue to demonstrate that Guilford is a gem of a place to live.

Talk to him. Ask him to meet your for coffee. Ten minutes with Ken, and you’ll understand—as I do—that he is an exceptional choice for our next first selectman. His ability, background, and commitment will surely move Guilford forward towards a more stable government with manageable taxes, allowing seniors, young families, and empty-nesters like me to stay in Guilford and thrive.
