I have served on many committees in the Town of Westbrook and had a lot of contact with First Selectman Noel Bishop. I always felt very comfortable when I asked Noel for advice or information. He would answer with what I felt was the Town of Westbrook’s best interest in mind. If Noel wasn’t sure on a subject, he would send me to the correct person for help.

Noel is honest and a business professional. When Noel runs a meeting, it is a no-nonsense meeting, direct and to the point. He always allows public input, but doesn’t allow it to get out of control. I feel Noel is a good leader, proven by the fact that the Town of Westbrook has kept moving forward and kept its tax base in line with the economy. The Town of Westbrook has completed many improvement projects while Noel has been our first selectman. I will vote for Noel in November in hopes that this trend will continue.
