Integrity, Sensibility, and Foresight

I would like to offer my support and high regards for three of the candidates for the Madison Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in the upcoming elections. Jeannie Stevens is an attorney and current chairman of the ZBA who has ceaselessly been involved in town education and community concerns. William Piggott is a long-term resident and current ZBA member who also has been involved in numerous community activities and, as a successful business executive, is always concerned with making a decision that reflects the facts and interests of those he represents. Charon Squitero, a valued member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, participates with the board as a very respected alternate ZBA member.

I am quite proud of the individuals making up the current ZBA, regardless of political party. They exhibit the integrity, sensibility, foresight, and personal effort crucial in making sound, fair, and positive decisions that affect an individual neighborhood’s quality of life or commerce. The gentleman and ladies mentioned above play a crucial part in producing a town board that has a notably positive impact through its efforts.

When something is functioning extremely well, why would a change be considered positive?
