Ethical, Analytic, and Caring

I am writing this letter to encourage Old Saybrook residents to cast their votes for Kevin Danby for a seat on the Zoning Board of Appeals. I have known Kevin for many years and have observed him operating in many disparate capacities ranging from business to volunteer activities with several non-profit organizations. Kevin Danby has substantial experience in matters related to zoning and property decisions in addition to being smart, ethical, analytic, and caring—just the kind of person we need in town government. He will serve our community well.

I would also like to give credit to First Selectman Carl Fortuna and his team for providing quality management and cost containment to the residents of Old Saybrook. As an unaffiliated (i.e. independent) voter, I am not tied to either party, but I truly appreciate the efforts of the current administration, which has kept the town in generally pristine condition while, at the same time, keeping the tax mill rate low relative to many other towns.
