Truly Honest and Caring

I’m writing in support of Anselmo Delia for probate judge of the Saybrook district. I have known Anselmo for more than 15 years, having worked with him on several committees and fundraisers.

I’ve have always known him to be a family man, with integrity, honesty, and great compassion for his fellow man.

Anselmo has shown in the past that he can handle hard and trying times as well as good. This was shown a few years ago when he was defeated in his first attempt to become probate judge. He was very gracious in his loss, without bitterness or cynicism, and I believe it added to the character of the man.

As chairman of the Clinton Planning & Zoning Commission, he handled a very contentious event with fairness and intelligence and guided people with a caring and sincere attitude that was necessary for the resolution of the case.

These life events I believe have added to his credentials to be a truly honest and caring probate judge.

Anselmo has been practicing law for more than 30 years, which has encompassed every aspect of the law, from senior affairs to estate handling as well as criminal and injury affairs.

I believe that with all this experience of life, his knowledge of the law, and his love of family, friends, and community, Anselmo Delia is the best choice for judge of probate for the Saybrook District Court. Also, I might add that Anselmo has promised to give up his private practice while serving as probate judge so that he can devote all his time and energy to the position.

Finally I will end with this last comment, if I ever had to use the Office of Probate Judge, I would definitely want Anselmo Delia as the person handling my affairs.
