Professionalism, Creativity, and Compete

I am proud to enthusiastically endorse Matt Parthasarthy for Madison Board of Education. I have had the good fortune of serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission with Matt, and I have seen his professionalism, creativity, and competence in action. I know he will bring the same dedication and talent to the Board of Education.

Matt has been an active and engaged member of our community during his 11 years in town. He has been a Little League coach, a vestry member at St. Andrew’s Church, and a member of the Madison Lodge of Freemasons. Presently he serves on the Planning & Zoning Commission and is the vice chair of the Madison Democratic Town Committee. Matt was a Naval officer and has had a fascinating management career in chemicals manufacturing, international oil and gas infrastructure projects, and international currency security compliance. As a parent with two children in Madison public schools, Matt hopes to use his years of experience to help navigate the uncertain waters of the town’s education future. The Board of Education, as well as the boards of Selectmen and Finance, will be called upon to do more with less, all while continuing to provide an exceptional education for all students.

Matt has a vision for the fiscal pragmatism needed to accomplish this mission. I encourage everyone to vote for Matt Parthasarthy for Board of Education, along with the entire Democratic ticket, on Nov. 7.
