The Experience and Leadership

I am writing this letter in support of the three Board of Finance candidates who are running on this November’s Republican ticket.

Jean Fitzgerald, who has served on and led the Board of Education for many years, displays levelheadedness and great leadership. Ken Kaminsky, who has served Madison as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, is an experienced Fortune 500 finance executive. Peter Roos has been an executive vice president and senior credit officer in a major U.S. bank’s corporate banking division.

All three of these people display the experience and leadership qualities the town of Madison needs to deal with the issues we’ll be facing in the coming years as a result of Connecticut’s dire financial condition. I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Fitzgerald, Kaminsky, and Roos on Nov. 7.
