Fair and Balanced Approach

As a current regular member on the Zoning Board of Appeals, I am seeking re-election as a regular member. As a member, I have always strived to take a fair and balanced approach in evaluating variance applications. I feel property owners have the right to seek zoning variances to improve their property. As a board, it is our job to determine if the variance application has merit, is reasonable, and has sufficient justification to grant the variance.

I have been a Madison resident since 2010 and enjoy being involved in our community. Also, I am a member on the Salt Meadow Park Advisory Committee and a member of the Madison Historical Society.

I would appreciate your readers’ votes to serve again on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
