A Model for Collaboration

Carol Conklin, Democratic incumbent candidate for the Town of Old Saybrook Board of Selectmen, has earned our vote.

Carol reaches out to residents and businesses to learn and stay informed of town interests and concerns. In elected and volunteer positions in Old Saybrook, Carol has proven to be responsive to her constituents whether working as registrar of voters, president of the Chamber of Commerce, or current chair of the Economic Development Commission.

Carol’s professional experience in accounting has provided her with solid skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning. Most important, Carol has demonstrated excellent teamwork skills. She is a model for collaboration for bi-partisan problem solving to improve and maintain the quality of life in our town.
