Untiring in Service

Stephan Sheehan, candidate for first selectman in Old Saybrook, has my enthusiastic endorsement. He is dedicated to the service of others and will be untiring in his service to the Town of Old Saybrook.

Steve and wife Peg moved to town in 1988 and since then they have raised three children here. Sheehan did pro bono legal work to help form the Ram Boosters Athletic Club, Grounds for Kids, and Old Saybrook Babe Ruth, Inc. Currently he provides free legal counsel for the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation. Stephan Sheehan has been or remains actively involved in the Old Saybrook/Westbrook Exchange Club, the Old Saybrook Education Foundation, and the Camp Hazen YMCA. Steve has also coached Little League and soccer.

Sheehan is familiar with political office. He was elected to the boards of Zoning and Tax Review. For 20 years, Steve served on the Old Saybrook Pension and Benefits Board. He has taught courses on the issues of Connecticut Fair Housing.

We need Stephan Sheehan, Democratic candidate for first selectman. I encourage your readers to join me in voting for him in November.
