Will Be an Asset

I met Frank Glowski, Old Saybrook Police Commission candidate, when he first began his campaign. Both his professional and volunteer experiences are impressive and suited to a member of the Police Commission. Frank will be an asset for us in this important position.

Professionally, Frank has an extensive background on both sides of unions: nine years as a member, and 11 years experience in negotiations, grievances, and arbitration from a management perspective. He is capable of taking a careful look at salaries of all police employees, no matter the rank. Glowski wants the town to be a competitive employer, while being mindful of the cost to our taxpayers.

Frank is involved with our community, serving for the past six years as an EMT with the Old Saybrook Ambulance. His volunteer background also includes more than 20 years of fire and EMS service in other area towns. Frank understands the importance of public safety.

I strongly support Democratic candidate Frank Glowski. He pledges to bring community concerns to Police Commission meetings. I encourage your readers to join me in voting for him on Nov. 7.
