Judgment and Professionalism

It is a pleasure to write this letter endorsing Noel Bishop for re-election as first selectman of Westbrook. I have known Noel for 30 years and have always admired his judgment and professionalism.

I particularly appreciate how he often seeks the opinion and ideas of town’s people, from both sides of the aisle, before making decisions on certain town issues. This, to me, is the correct way to govern and I sincerely hope that Mr. Bishop, will again, be voted in as Westbrook’s first selectman.
