Roads Look Pretty Ominous

After two years of gypsy moth defoliation, the dead tree limbs hanging over the shoreline’s major roads look pretty ominous. I can’t pass a day without seeing a broken limb lying on the roadway on Route 79, Route 80, and Route 77. I don’t dare drive on these roads during a storm or high winds.

I am wondering, what are the town’s plans? Is this a potential safety hazard for all? Do we just hope homeowners take care of it?
