Fair a Great Success

I’d like to send a huge thank you to the community for coming to support the First Church of Christ, Clinton Summer Fair. I’d also like to send a huge thank you for the members of the community who made the Children’s Section so enjoyable for so many families.

Thanks go to Chad Ealdon of Bounce! for the bounce house, Cedar Island Marine Research Labs for the marine animal display, and the Magic of Chris for a wonderful magic show. The Touch a Truck was a huge hit—thanks go to the Clinton Police Department for providing an interceptor and an officer, M&J Bus transportation for a school bus, Clinton Department of Public works for a dump truck and driver, and a very special thanks goes to the church’s neighbor, the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department, for a large variety of rescue vehicles and firefighters.

The 64th Summer Fair was a great success and we hope your readers all will be a part of the 65th next summer!
