Inclusion, Cooperation, and Compassion

We thank the community of Guilford and especially the sponsors of the Lifelinx/DAY Nick Kruczek Color Run. All too often, segments of our society are separated by isolation, stigma, and shame. We close our eyes and ignore the problems in the shadows—and then there are times like May 13 and the color run, when our closed spaces become circles of inclusion, cooperation, and compassion. The youth of Guilford and those engaged in recovery join one another in a joyful, colorful event with a very serious purpose.
