These Good Volunteers

Good weather on St. Patrick’s Day brought 42 volunteers to the library to get out the mailing of the Scranton Library Friends annual Membership Appeal. Membership in the Friends is tax-deductible and provides funds for many educational and entertainment programs for all ages. Lectures, concerts, workshops, game nights, and many other activities, all free to the public, are supported by member donations.

Our dedicated hard workers were: Julie Adams-Brophy, Liz Attebery, Carol Begor, Marsha Brunelle, Barbra Buckley, Janet Caulkins, Pat Chmielewski, Charlene and Thom Cobb, Ann Fink, Linda Fox, Marianne Frost, Barbara Gibson, Caroline Guenther, Betsy Haigis, Grace Hall, Debby Lettieri, Bill and Vicki Littell, Nancy Mallory, Carolyn Martinelli, Denice and Don McGregor, Ellen Miller, Pauline Murphy, Ingrid Oris, Mary Osterman, Mary Ouimet, Betsey Piner, Jackie Princevalle, Hank Robinson, Jerry Rourke, Carmela Scialabba, Lisa Sepe, Flora Sherin, Jerry Simandl, Patricia Thal, Jen Thompson, Dorothy and Owen Walsh, and Eleanor Watt.
