What kind of person drops off a starving dog who could hardly walk? Kudos to the wonderful person whose heart reached out to the poor defenseless animal and to the staff at the Cosgrove Animal Shelter who are trying desperately to help bring this animal back to health.
“Hope” is such a appropriate name for this dog and also for all humanity, except for the person responsible for this horrendous act
